1.Can I get samples before bulk order?
Yes. You can get sample tested before bulk order. Tell us the quantity of samples and the density of oil.Then we will handle the rest.Sample fee will be charged,then deducted from the later order.

2.Can you provide the design for us?
Yes. You can send  the requirements,then we can provide customed design.

3.What is the lead time and delivery time normally?
Samples:
Lead time within 2 days to send, DHL takes 5 days to deliver.
Quantity order:
It depends on the quantity of order. We will provide the time table for mutual understanding. 

4.Is the quality of your goods at very high level?
Yes. We have dust free production line with constant ambient temperature. The production line have engaged 5S management. We have end of line test to control the quality. We also have very stable supply chain which provide good quality material.

5. How to order?
Tell us the model and quantity you need. Get Latest Quote. Confirm order details. Reach trading intention. Order PI will be sent. After confirming the payment, we will ship out the order after balance paid, and then send tracking number for you to track the goods without concerns.

9.Why does the international shipping cost so much?
The cargo is shipped by airplane to guarantee the safety and efficiency. International shipping is a little higher than expected especially when you have international trade for the first time. The delivery rises since the COVID 19.  We don’t make money for the delivery.

10.Will you send the cargo after the money transfer?
